Assistant & Lead Organizers
We are looking for lead and assistant organizers who will be working on a per-job part time basis. Must be available weekdays and identify with the characteristics and requirements below.

Organized
You must have experience as a professional organizer or working for a professional organizer to be considered for this role.

Personable
Must be outgoing and able to answer any questions the client might have. This is a big one for the lead-organizer, because you will be the main point of contact for our clients. And impeccable customer service is essential.

Creative
Creativity is a must! This is a very detail oriented position, but creativity is what takes organization to the next level.

Flexibility
Our schedule is sometimes out of our control, for example if a client is sick or if a move gets delayed, so you must be able to adapt to our schedule. We typically work Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM, but there can be flexibility with your schedule
Job Requirements

Location:
Must live within 30 minutes of Boston, MA area. Must have reliable transportation as there is lots of driving involved in this busines

Mindset:
Willingness to learn The Home Organizeher method to keep projects on-brand

Flexibility:
Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. This isn't a typical job. This position will be project-based. Must be open to a fast-paced continuously improving environment.

Attitude:
Fun & Creative Mindset.
Must work well in a team environment and know how to lead a team and how to take direction. Creativity is a must! Our job is to find functional and beautiful new solutions for our clients.

Endurance:
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and use a small ladder or step stool
